The Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) is gearing up Hometown Holiday Walk, happening Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022 in Uptown Centerville, Ohio. Thousands are expected to flood the uptown Centerville area to kick-off the holiday season with family-friendly shopping, dining, and live music, and of course visits with Santa. The event will be held primarily outdoors, with shopping beginning at 12 p.m. The day's events will conclude at 5:30 p.m. with a tree-lighting ceremony at Benham's Grove. Don't miss your chance to be a vendor!

Members Are Always Accepted As Vendors:
As part of HOCWT's annual membership fees, you will automatically be accepted to participate in Fall Fest at no additional cost (as long as you follow HOCWT guidelines). Our members vary and include online businesses, merchants, service businesses, crafters, non-profit agencies, and those who have customers within the area. Annual dues of $200-- if joining now, dues are prorated. It's easy to join! All you need is your name, contact information, a brief description of your business, and a copy of your logo and a photo of yourself to upload to the site. Non-Member Application Process:
Non-members can also apply to participate in our events by filling out our online application. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis and categories are limited. Once accepted, invoices will be sent for non-members via email from HOCWT's PayPal account, and fees are due within 7 days of the invoice being received to reserve your spot. All booth fees are non-refundable. Hometown Holiday Walk is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine.
Food trucks will be required to obtain the city of Centerville's Mobile Food Vendor License, available on the city's website. Those who've already received the license and participated in previous HOCWT or are HOCWT members will be given priority. Categories are limited. Hometown Holiday Walk application link for event Sunday, Nov. 22, 2022:
The event is outdoors and is a great way to start the holiday shopping season! Vendors will set up in the city parking lot near Town Hall Theatre in Centerville. All vendors must be set by 11 a.m., with the event beginning at 12 p.m.. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and tent. A "Polar Express" shuttle sponsored by the Heart of Centerville and provided by Centerville City Schools will ensure access to customers by shuttling people from parking at the nearby Activity Center Park to Town Hall Theatre. This is an event you don't want to miss!
Please note it may take up to 4 weeks for applications to be reviewed and notification to be sent to accepted vendors. Those not accepted but who meet the event requirements will be placed on a waitlist, and may be notified up to 2 weeks prior to the event of any openings.
