UPDATE: THIS EVENT IS FULL AND WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICANTS.
(CENTERVILLE, OHIO)… It's time to submit your application as a vendor or food truck to participate in Centerville's largest one-day, free, open air market! The Heart of Centerville Washington Twp. (HOCWT) is now accepting applications for the third annual Centerville Merchant Market on Sunday, May 19, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. outside St. Leonard retirement community at 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville.
Apply using the appropriate link:
Sponsored by HOCWT, a philanthropic & networking business association, and the city of Centerville, this one-day pop-up shopping and dining event includes fun for the whole family, gathering more than 100 of the best local artisans, merchants, shops, and food trucks into a beautiful park setting. The line-up includes one-of-a-kind treasures, vintage finds, furniture, boutique clothing, jewelry, home décor, handmade items, food, beer and wine sales, plus live entertainment. Eventgoers will also have the unique opportunity to submit free raffle tickets to win raffle prizes provided by market vendors, totaling more than $2,000 in value. The first 200 participants at the event will also receive a free canvas shopping bag.
This year's market will be bigger and better than ever thanks to a new partnership with St. Leonard, utilizing their picturesque lawn to expand the footprint of this popular event, which drew more than 11,000 people last year. Merchant Market is the first of the Heart's events to be held at St. Leonard as Stubbs Park in Centerville undergoes renovations in 2024. With its high visibility along Franklin and Clyo coupled with ample parking, planners are expecting an even better turnout.
The Heart is accepting vendor applications for a limited time on its website. There is a separate application for merchant vendors and food trucks. All applications will be reviewed by the HOCWT board and notifications should be sent out to selected vendors no later than the end of February 2024. Interested parties are urged not to wait as slots fill up quickly, and the application will close once that happens. Heart members expect to only be accepting applications for vendors for a few weeks.
There is a cost to participate as a vendor if you are not a member of The Heart of Centerville. Members of the HOCWT business association can participate at no additional cost as most events are a benefit of member dues. To join The Heart, visit www.hocwt.org/join.
Vendors will receive communications on their status as well as relevant requirements and setup information via email. For questions, please email events@hocwt.org.
