Freedom Whiskey Company is a veteran founded, family owned small business. The veteran who started the company, Capt. Zach Hollingsworth, started the company in 2017 and wanted to create a good tasting whiskey, but most importantly he wanted to help Veterans and their families by providing employment opportunities for them or by raising money every year during the company's Veterans Day Celebration, where the proceeds are donated to the veteran charity chosen for that year. The company's most recent Veteran's Day event in 2023, raised over $45K for Blue Skies for the Good Guys and Good gals, a veteran organization located Middletown Ohio. Zach tragically passed away in October of 2021. Freedom Whiskey Co is now run by his previous wife and mother of his son, and is determined to continue to live out Freedom Whiskey Co's main mission of helping veterans and their families.
